So last week, I mentioned marathon running and my thoughts on that matter. Although my post eventually veered in the direction of emotional health, it was conceived from my anxiety about being physically fit.
Today, I’d like to share an article because, although I might epic fail with physical fitness, I know I kick much ass in being mentally fit.
