This week is brought to you by: “skinny jeans, a graphic tee, a cargo vest, a cozy cardigan, winter boots or a monochromatic style”.

For your viewing pleasure, I give you: skinny jeans, a graphic tee, a cozy cardigan, and a monochromatic style.

The extra bits: Audrey Hepburn is my style heroine. Of course, I could never come close to her class and elegance and gamine-like beauty. I’m way too gregarious and gallumphing for that. But a gal can dream, right? And while I dream I shall channel my inner Audrey by wearing her proudly on my chest. Best graphic tee ever.

Speaking of gregarious, this is how I know I’m not Hepburn material: leopard skinnies and red Chucks. ‘Nuff said.

Even a happy life cannot be without a measure of darkness, and the word happy would lose its meaning if it were not balanced by sadness. It is far better take things as they come along with patience and equanimity.

It’s not that I’ve run out of TARDIS blue items.

On the contrary, I’ve unearthed some more tops I’d apparently purchased last year in anticipation of my linkup and then promptly forgot about in the depths of my closet. (What else is new, right?)

But I figured it was time for me to branch out and model for you how to interpret this linkup so it doesn’t always have to be Whovian or blue-related. After all, they say that modeling is the best form of instruction and I am a teacher.

So today, I give you my lovely green velvet blazer. Because inexplicably, green velvet reminds me of England. And because the label is Charles Gray London. And because the cut of this blazer is vaguely Edwardian (See those buttons? And those ruched pockets? And the gorgeous cuffs?) which in turn reminds me of Downton Abbey which of course is British.

Tenuous connections? Perhaps. But I’d given you a teaser of this blazer last week and I felt I owed it to you. And I really do think this is something any Brit would be proud to wear (wanna chime in on this, Kezzie?).

And you, my friends? What lovely sartorial offering have you got on this fine TARDIS Tuesday morning? Do link and tell…
