oooh, I need this dress. Such a great idea to layer with blazer, too. I might try it one day 🙂

Are you still in the Philippines, though? (Yeah, I blog stalked you and read your About page. Eheh). And if so, is there a Target there? Because I’d definitely wait for the returns/for it to go on sale and not try to acquire one from the eBay sharks. It’s a cute dress but definitely not worth three times its retail price. ;p

Gotta love the title of this post, but hey you scored a gorgeous floral maxi. It is so so pretty. How much did these maxi dresses retail for? So since I have a multi-colored floral maxi dress, I must try it with my green blazer, right?

    • mtsedwards says:

The dress retailed at $44 but of course the eBay scalpers would have you pay double for it right now. It was truly a “score” and I’m glad I pulled it off the racks when I did – I actually thought I wanted the button-up in this print and was iffy about a tube top dress, but we all know how the best laid plans of mice and men go…

OOOOOh Lily is looking good!!!!!!!!!!! How nice is that?! I really like it. That green blazer is amazing. I have a pea green trenchish coat but am I going to have to mad hunt one!? xx

    • mtsedwards says:

I’m absolutely giddy that you are picking up the lingo and making it your own. Yes, you must “Mad Hunt” a green blazer! It would look stunning with your coloring!

Great find at Target! You look like a woman who’s about to enjoy a drink with an umbrella. : >

  5. Lauren Elizabeth says:

Love the Lilly for Target piece, wish I would’ve gotten there in time to score some myself. You look so ready for summer and fabulous!

I am supremely lucky to live in an area that is not fashion conscious. There were only 12 other women with me at 7:45 Sunday morning. And still, I didn’t get the piece I really wanted (the satin tunic dress) but beggars can’t be choosers, right? Thanks for stopping by! 😀

  6. Heat waves?? Already?? It’s funny how reading style blogs has made me so much more aware of weather in other parts of the country. I’m a little behind in blog reading so I don’t know if you wrote about how you scored LP for Target!? Congratulations 🙂 You look lovely and ready for summer!

You look ready for cocktails in Palm Springs, not school. Good score!

Thanks! And, btw, you’re consistently mentioning drinks when you comment is beginning to make me believe this is your subliminal message way of getting me to Mythic Meetup. ;p

Tell me all about it! I'm listening...
